A processor places your orders with the supplier on their own cards, for an agreed discount, and you pay them back for the goods. Processor orders appears under Orders once the store has a processor, and lists the orders they place, so the supplier's order number and the tracking are chased where they are typed.

The views
- All
- Every order a processor places for the store.
- Awaiting processor
- Orders they have not placed yet: neither marked placed nor given a supplier order number. The Dashboard counts them.
- Placed with supplier
- Placed by the processor, who marked them so, the supplier order number to come.
- Awaiting tracking
- With the supplier order number in, waiting for the tracking number.
- Fulfilled
- Placed, with the tracking in.
A cancelled order is in none of them. Repayment cuts across every view: Unpaid lists the orders you have not paid the processor back for, Paid the ones you have, each with its count.
Sending them the orders
An order still awaiting the processor hands out the order sheet you send them: the date, the order number, the product (with its supplier link), the quantity, the variant, the buyer's address and contact, and the cost. Copy on a row puts that order on the clipboard, ready to paste into their own sheet; tick several to copy them together or export them as a file. The sheet carries no sale price, fee or profit: a processor has no business holding those. The processor reads the same details on their own page for each order waiting on them, until their order number is on it.
Finishing an order
A row opens the order on this page. Its Supplier card takes the processor's order number and then the tracking number, which move the order to its next view. The processor can add both from their own page, and nothing else on the order.
Paying them back
The owner ticks the orders paid for and chooses Mark as paid: one repayment, with its day, the transfer's reference, a note and a file, listing every order at the cost of its goods under their total. Mark as unpaid reverses it, with Undo. Each order's cost shows the discount it was bought at and the price it came off; a renegotiated discount applies from its date, never to orders already placed.
Common questions
Does paying a processor change my profit?
No. The goods were counted as a cost when the order was saved. Until you pay them back, the order is out of your investment and in what is owed to funders.
