Earnings is your own page if a store pays you: a virtual assistant, a client, an investor or a processor. It shows what your profit share or investor share has earned, what has been paid to you and what you are still owed, worked out from the store's orders, so it agrees with what the owner sees for you. A processor's is called Orders and statement.

The figures
- Earned
- What you have earned: a virtual assistant's or a client's profit share of the store's net profit, an investor's share of the profit on the goods their cards funded.
- Paid
- What has actually been sent to you, each payment listed with its date and reference.
- Owed
- Earned less paid. A funder's goods not yet paid back are apart, under Owed for goods.
A processor sees the orders they place, what their cards paid and what has been repaid, at their discount, never a sale price, a fee or a profit. Each order still to place shows what it is for, who it goes to and what your card pays, with Copy to paste it into your own sheet. Mark as placed once you have placed it with the supplier, adding your order number then or later: the order moves to the orders you placed, where you add your order number and the tracking number when the supplier gives you one, and the buyer's details leave your page.
Your statement
Choose dates to read one period: it opens on what you were owed at its start, adds what you earned and takes off what you were paid, and closes on what you are owed at its end. Print gives a clean copy on A4 or Letter, and Download the same statement as a workbook, for your records or your accountant.
When two stores or more of one account pay you, All stores shows your earnings across them, each store opening its own.
Your payment methods
If your cards pay for goods, keep them in Settings under Payment methods: a card or a bank account, kept as its bank or scheme and its last four digits, never its number.
