These terms govern your use of StoreDeck, bookkeeping software for eBay sellers provided by Silverstack Solutions Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales. By creating or using a StoreDeck account you agree to them.
1. The service
StoreDeck provides tools to record and analyse your e-commerce trading: orders, listings, stock, fees, expenses, inventory, payouts, withdrawals, the shares owed to partners and investors, the discounts agreed with processors, and team collaboration. StoreDeck is a bookkeeping aid, not an accountancy, tax or legal service - you remain responsible for the accuracy of your records, for the agreements you hold with your partners, investors and processors, and for your statutory filings.
2. Accounts and access
You can create an account yourself, or be invited into one. A new address must be confirmed by email before its account can be used, and it must be a permanent address you control: we refuse temporary or disposable inboxes, and one inbox gets one self-created account whatever spelling of the address is used. You are responsible for the actions taken under your sign-in and for the teammates, partners, investors and processors you add, including the role, terms and store access you give each of them. Each plan tier sets limits (stores, people, record caps and features) that apply to your account; one seat covers one person, whatever they hold on the account.
3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
- Billing. Paid plans are a rolling subscription per account, billed in GBP by our payment provider, Stripe, either monthly or yearly. No VAT is currently charged; if we become VAT-registered, VAT will be added at checkout where applicable and announced in advance. Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe. An invoice is issued for every charge and available in your account's Billing page.
- Introductory pricing. Where a paid tier advertises a reduced rate for its first months, that rate applies to monthly billing only, for the stated number of consecutive months, once per account across all paid tiers. A month left unpaid ends the offer; the standard rate applies from then on. Annual plans do not carry it.
- Annual plans. A yearly plan is charged in full at the start of each year and renews annually. Moving from monthly to yearly billing is charged immediately, with credit for the unused part of the current month. Moving from yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of the year already paid for.
- Plan changes. Upgrades take effect immediately - you pay the prorated difference for the remainder of the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Changes may be blocked while your data exceeds the target plan's limits.
- Cancellation. You can cancel any time from your Plan page. You keep your plan until the end of the paid period; there is no further charge after that, and you can resume before the period ends. After a subscription ends, the account moves to the free tier if it fits its limits, otherwise it becomes read-only until resubscribed - your data is not deleted.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails we retry it and notify you. If it remains unpaid after the notice period, the account becomes read-only until payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted while an account is read-only.
- Refunds. Payments already made are non-refundable as standard, since you keep full access for the period paid. This does not affect your statutory rights; where something has gone wrong on our side, contact support@storedeck.org and we will put it right, including a refund where appropriate.
- Price changes. If prices change, existing subscriptions stay on their current price; a new price applies only when you next change plan or resubscribe, and we will tell you in advance.
Current prices and limits are on the pricing page.
4. Your data
Your bookkeeping data belongs to you. You can export it at any time on plans with export enabled, and request a copy otherwise. We do not sell your data. Figures shown to a partner, investor or processor are limited to their own record; you are responsible for the accuracy of the terms you enter for them. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and why.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use StoreDeck to break the law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt the service, or exceed your plan's limits by circumvention. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Service and liability
We aim for a reliable, continuously available service but provide it "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that is acceptance.
