Quick answers
Which sales channels does it work with?
Any. Each store is set up for its own channel and marketplace, eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Etsy or another, and keeps its books in its own currency.
Does it connect to my selling accounts?
An eBay UK store does, on Professional and above: its orders, fees, payouts and listings come in by themselves, and a dispatch, a new listing and a reply to a buyer go back. On any other channel you record orders as they come in, or import the spreadsheet you already keep, and StoreDeck works out every figure from them.
Can I import the spreadsheet I keep now?
Yes. Orders, listings, expenses, adjustments and payouts import from a CSV file, each with a template to start from, and every row is checked before anything is added.
Can my team use it without seeing what I earn?
Yes. Each person sees only what their role allows: a VA sees the store's figures and their own share, never yours, and an investor or a client sees only their own page.
Do investors and clients get their own sign-in?
They can. Each counts towards your plan's people limit and sees only their own page: what they earned and what they have been paid.
Can I export everything?
Yes, on Professional and above: one workbook holding a store's books, with the formulas behind its figures. On Starter, ask us for a copy.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your books stay. When a paid plan ends, the account moves to Starter if it fits, or becomes read-only until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.
Is my data safe?
Access is checked by the database, not just hidden on screen, your books are encrypted on the way and where they are kept, in the EU, card details stay with Stripe, and a copy is taken every day. How StoreDeck keeps your books safe
