A payout is money the sales channel has moved from your balance to your bank, and nothing else. Payouts lists them, the newest first, with the date, the amount, the account it was paid into and the statement's reference. It is the owner's page, and their accountant reads it. At All stores it lists every store's payouts together.

Recording a payout
Record a payout asks what arrived and when, which of your bank accounts it was paid into, and the reference on the sales channel's statement. A payout bigger than the balance your books hold is saved after a warning naming the difference, because the books, not the payout, are usually what is missing something.
Record each payout so the balance stays right: it is net proceeds less what has been paid out.
A payout's page
A payout opens on its own page: its summary, the payments to people recorded as coming out of it (each opening the person at that payment, with Mark as paid for one not sent yet), its statement's files and its activity. Edit changes it; Delete removes it, and the payments recorded against it stay, no longer linked to a payout.
Paying people and yourself
Paying someone (a virtual assistant's, a client's, a co-owner's or an investor's share) is recorded on their page on People, whether or not a payout has arrived, and can name the payout it came out of. What you take out for yourself is your drawings, recorded on your own page. Nothing on a payout is read as either.
Common questions
Can a member see the payouts?
No. The balance and every payment are the owner's and their accountant's. Everyone paid out of the store reads their own payments on their Earnings.
