All stores is an account's stores read together. Choose it at the top of the account's list in the store switcher. It is the owner's view of their account, their accountant's view of the stores given to them, and, for someone paid out of two stores or more, their own earnings across them.

The figures
The Dashboard at All stores adds every store's figures up, over the dates you choose, in the account's main currency. A store kept in another currency is never converted: its figures are shown apart, in its own money. By store lists each store's own figures; a store opens its own Dashboard, with the same dates.
The statement reads down to each person's share as each store's does: the account's first owner keeps the remainder of every store's net profit, and a co-owner reads their own shares.
What you can open here
The pages that make sense across stores: Payouts, Expenses, Profit and loss (a column a store, and their total), People and the account's settings (Account details, Stores, Plan and billing, and each store's Lock date). Orders, Listings and the Feed are each store's own work, so at All stores they ask which store to open, the Feed with each store's unread count.
A demo store is never part of All stores.
