A person's page, opened from People, holds everything about them: their role and the stores they work on, their terms on each store, what they have earned, been paid and are owed, every payment (Pending until it is sent), the goods their cards paid for, their payment methods, the fees expenses paid them, their work and their activity. Every action on them is here, never in a list's menu.

Their agreement
Each store they are paid on shows their terms there: a virtual assistant's, a client's or a co-owner's profit share and the day it started, an investor's investor share, or a processor's discount. A rate change applies from its date, never backwards: what was earned before it stays at the old rate.
Pause profit share stops every share of theirs from a day, and Resume profit share brings it back at the rate it was paused at. Neither can reach back before a share began, before a pause began, or into a period closed by the Lock date.
Editing someone
Edit changes their role, the stores they work on and each store's terms in one dialog, so what they can open always matches what they earn. A role moves only where nothing recorded is stranded: a viewer can become anything, a member a virtual assistant or a viewer, a virtual assistant a member or a viewer (their share stopping from a day). An owner, a client, an investor or a processor keeps their role. Make co-owner turns a viewer who has accepted their invitation into an owner with a share of their own.
Access
The Access card resends or revokes an invitation, invites someone held as a record only, and switches them off or on. Deactivate stops their sign-in, pauses their shares and frees their place on the plan, keeping everything they earned; Reactivate brings them back. Remove takes them off the account, offered only while nothing has been recorded against them: no payment to them, no order or delivery naming their card.
Your own money
The account's first owner's page holds their own money. Your share is net profit less every other profit share. Drawings are what you record taking out of the business for yourself, with an opening figure for what you took before StoreDeck; undrawn profit is your share less them. Record drawings splits one drawing across stores by the undrawn profit on each. Drawings move no profit figure.
