Plan and billing, in the account's Settings, is the owner's. It shows the plan, what the account uses of it, the plans you could move to and every invoice. Payment is taken by Stripe; StoreDeck never sees your card.

What the plan counts
- Stores
- The selling accounts with books on StoreDeck. A demo store counts for nothing.
- People
- Everyone on the account, each one place however many stores they work on. Your accountant holds none, and switching someone off frees theirs.
- Orders
- A monthly allowance for each store, counted by each order's date, drafts and cancelled orders included. A fresh allowance starts on the 1st; the months already in your books never count against you.
- Listings
- Each live variant is one, drafts included; archiving a listing frees its place.
Each figure turns amber at 90% of the limit and says when it is full. Reaching a limit stops only the next record of that kind, and says so where you work, with the way to a larger plan.
Changing your plan
Choose Monthly or Annual, then a plan. An upgrade starts at once, charged the difference for the rest of the period; moving onto annual is charged now, with credit for the days already paid. A downgrade, or moving back to monthly, waits until the period you have paid for ends. A change is held back while the account holds more than the new plan allows, and the page says exactly what to trim first. The first 3 months of a monthly Professional or Business plan are at the introductory price, once for each account.
Cancelling
Cancel subscription keeps the plan until the end of the period you have paid for; Resume subscription undoes it before then. After that the account moves to Starter if it fits its limits, otherwise its books become read-only until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted either way.
If a payment fails
Stripe retries the card and you are told. If it stays unpaid after a short window, the account's books become read-only until a payment goes through: everything stays readable, and Settings stays open so you can pay.
Invoices and payment method
Every invoice is listed with a PDF to download. Manage payment method opens Stripe's own page to change the card.
