Orders lists every sale the store has recorded. Open an order to see its fees and profit worked out, or to dispatch it, record a return or a refund. Add order records a sale; Import brings many in from a file.

The views
Each tab is a list, with its count, under the dates, the search and the funder you choose:
- All
- Every order sold or refunded in the dates, drafts aside.
- Awaiting dispatch
- Sold and still to send, the latest to dispatch first. The Dashboard's dispatch row opens it.
- Dispatched
- Sent and not yet delivered.
- Delivered
- Delivered to the buyer.
- Returns
- Every order with a refund made in the dates, whether the goods came back or the buyer kept them. Return status narrows it to one or the other.
- Cancelled
- Orders called off before they were sent.
- Drafts
- Orders started and not finished. A draft is off the books, though it holds its place in the month's allowance. An order synced from a sales channel whose payment is still pending is a draft too, until the channel says the buyer has paid: its cost and notes can be typed meanwhile, but only the channel makes it an order.
A view counts an order as the books do: All takes an order sold in the dates or refunded in them, Returns the refunds made in them, and every other view the orders placed in them. An order sold before the dates and refunded in them is marked so.
The figures
The strip over the list sums the rows shown: the orders, the units sold (the refunds, in Returns), net sales and gross profit. A cancelled order counts for nothing. Each row shows the order's number and buyer, its date, product, quantity and money; a dispatch due soon or late is marked under its date.
Working with many orders
Tick orders to act on them together: Mark as dispatched (asking the courier), Mark as delivered, Export, Set who funded them (for orders bought on someone's card, repricing none of them), Cancel orders or Delete. Export gives the rows ticked, the rows shown or every order, as an Excel workbook or a CSV in the import's columns, on a plan with exports.
Common questions
Where are the returned orders?
Under Returns, which holds every order with a refund: the ones sent back, restocked or not, and the ones the buyer kept with a partial refund, which stay under Delivered too.
Can I change an order's status from a list?
A status that moves money is an action with its own sheet, which states the money before it saves: Record a return, Record a refund and Cancel order, on the order's page. See Returns and refunds.
