Every plan runs the same product. What changes is how many stores, people and records it holds, and which of the deeper bookkeeping pages are open. Move up whenever you outgrow a tier; an upgrade takes effect straight away.
Intro pricing on the paid tiers applies to monthly billing: the first 3 consecutive months at the reduced rate, once per account, across all paid tiers. Annual plans are already discounted, so the two never combine.

How the limits work
Stores and people
Stores are the eBay storefronts on your account, each with its own books. People is one count for everyone on the account: the owner, members, viewers, virtual assistants, clients, investors and processors alike. One person takes one seat however many stores they work on, and someone who both signs in and holds a share still counts once.
Seats come back
Switching a person off, pausing a partner's share or disabling an investor releases their seat while everything they earned or funded stays on the books. Nobody has to be deleted to make room, and a record nothing has been recorded against can be removed outright.
Listings and orders
Caps are per store. A listing is one row, so a product split into variants uses one slot per variant. Drafts and archived listings still hold their slot until they are deleted.
Pages on Starter
Starter keeps the dashboard, listings, orders, partners, withdrawals, the fee calculator, the store feed and settings. Inventory, expenses, adjustments and reconciliation, along with receipt attachments, product photos, store icons and exports, open on Professional and above. A locked control stays in view with a note saying which plan unlocks it.

How does the intro offer work?
Subscribe to Professional or Business on monthly billing and the first 3 months are charged at the reduced rate, then the standard price applies. It is one run of 3 consecutive months per account, across every paid tier: upgrade mid-run and the remaining months carry over at the new tier's intro rate. Cancel and come back the following month and the months you have left still apply; leave a whole month unpaid and the standard rate applies from then on.
What does annual billing change?
A year is charged in full at the start and renews once a year, at less than twelve monthly payments. Moving onto annual is charged immediately, with credit for the days already paid on your monthly plan. Moving back to monthly waits until the year ends, so nothing you have paid for is taken away. Annual plans do not carry the intro offer; switching to annual during an intro run ends the run.
What happens when I change plan?
Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have paid for. A change is held back while the account is over the target plan's limits, and the Plan page tells you exactly what to trim first.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your Plan page, and you can resume before the period ends. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for and there is no further charge. After that the account moves to Starter if it fits its limits, otherwise it becomes read-only until you resubscribe. Nothing is deleted either way.
What if a payment fails?
We retry it and let you know. If it stays unpaid after the notice period the account becomes read-only until a payment succeeds; your books stay intact and readable throughout. A newly upgraded account has a short pay window before the same lock applies.
Is VAT added?
Not at present. Silverstack Solutions Ltd is not VAT-registered; should that change, VAT would be added at checkout and announced in advance.
