Limits
How the limits work

Stores and people
A store is a shop on one sales channel, with its own books and currency. People is one count for everyone on the account, from the owner to an investor, and one person takes one place however many stores they work on. Your accountant holds no place, and nor does a store of sample books.

Places come back
Switching someone off, pausing a share or disabling an investor frees their place, and everything they earned or funded stays on the books. Nobody has to be deleted to make room.

Orders and listings
Orders are a monthly allowance per store, by order date: a fresh one starts on the 1st, and months already in your books never count. Listings count what is live: each variant is one, drafts count, archived ones do not.

Nothing is lost
No plan hides a figure or deletes your data. What a store kept from a larger plan stays there to read, and a downgrade waits until the account fits the smaller plan.
How does the intro price work?
On monthly billing, Professional and Business cost less for the first 3 months, then the standard price applies. It is one run of 3 consecutive months per account, across every paid plan: move up mid-run and the months left carry on at the new plan's intro price. A month left unpaid ends the run.
What does annual billing change?
A year is charged at the start, for less than twelve monthly payments. Moving onto annual is charged straight away, with credit for the days already paid; moving back to monthly waits until the year ends. Annual billing has no intro price, and moving onto it ends an intro run.
What happens when I change plan?
An upgrade takes effect straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade takes effect when the period you paid for ends, once the account fits the smaller plan; Plan and billing says exactly what to trim first.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Plan and billing in Settings, and you can resume before the period ends. You keep the plan until the end of what you paid for. After that the account moves to Starter if it fits, or becomes read-only until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.
What if a payment fails?
We retry it and tell you. If it stays unpaid after the notice period the account becomes read-only until a payment succeeds, and your books stay complete and readable throughout. A newly upgraded account has a short window to pay before the same applies.
Is VAT added?
Not at present. Silverstack Solutions Ltd is not registered for VAT; if that changes, VAT will be added at checkout and announced in advance.
